General Foods International© certainly thought they we were onto something when they came out with their line of coffee back in the 70’s. Who doesn’t want a sophisticated cuppajoe just like they have in Italy or France? They essentially did their best to copycat a good idea.
Which brings us to this month’s challenge: The CopyCat. Take something you like and try to make a replica from scratch. Could be something you buy at the grocer, could be something from a restaurant, could be intricate, could be simple, could be
something you eat everyday, could be something you’ve only had once…your call. The question is: “Can you do better than General Foods International©?”
We think you can.
I really like the copycat recipe idea. Bravo. Going to have to give this one some thought...
